The first step is to identify SETUPS. Then the second step is to determine the odd/even pattern. THUS, everyone should look at their state and other states to determine if there is a good setup. For example, how many digits from 0-9 appear in the past winner and if in each column how many odd/even appeared. In other words, in the first number column, did odds appear 3-4 times and it is ready to flip to evens. Look at how many times a number appeared and can it be excluded. etc.
