HOWEVER, TX is known for throwing out DOUBLES on a daily basis. THUS, a DOUBLE could hit today. THEREFORE, because we are dealing with extremely few numbers, we can play multiple draws. IN OTHER WORDS, we are FISHING. We are sitting on our boat WAITING NOT CHASING for the FISH/WINNER to swim into our net. In this case, our PLAY CARD

(2) IF 1,1 wins with a DOUBLE, one of the following numbers will be the winner.

(3) IF 1,2 wins with a DOUBLE, one of the following numbers will be the winner.

(4) IF 1,3 wins with a DOUBLE, one of the following numbers will be the winner.

Here is the PLAY CARD for 3,2 doubles play. The winner 122 was one of them. THUS, if 3,2 was played would have caught the winner. PURPLE had a high probability of hitting which meant only 5 numbers to play.
