Hi Dave, when I hit the prediction button the system now goes into boxed(220) automatically and I tried using spike & trough or cut sum and having a very hard time get it to respond I end up having to restart or close the browser. I've tried reset button this wasn't a problem until today. I check to see if it's the browser or computer but it's not it does the same on windows & mac
