(1) BROWN draw count is overdue....10/1,1 has the most numbers (24). Thus, it dominates. Does not mean the other pairsums can't win. Merely means it has the advantage.

(2) IF you don't isolate digits 1 and 3, it only adds one extra pairsums (7/3,2)
