(1) Think about this. If GREEN draw count was to hit next draw, the only possible PS that could win are these four(4) 10/3,2 - 9/2,1 - 10/1,1 - 9/3,3. THUS, once you determine that a GREEN draw count is overdue, you then ISOLATE each pairsum to determine which pairsum is overdue a GREEN draw count themselves

(2) Isolating each pairsums allows you to see which pairsum has a GREEN draw count most overdue and which has the higher probability of hitting next. Once you identify which pairsum has a higher probability of hitting with GREEN draw count, you can then focus on it's numbers and use the filters to reduce them.
10/2,3
Notice how RED draw count dominates here. Gives low probability if GREEN draw count hits, 10/2,3 will NOT hit. And given the fact 10/2,3 does not often hit, supports the lower probability.

9/2,1
Notice here how GREEN draw count hits often. And a bit higher probability because green draw count can hit after one non green color hits.

10/1,1
10/1,1 had the most 6 non green draw count colors appear back to back then a green hit. And currently it's 4 non green draw counts hitting back to back. This gives 10/1,1 a higher probability of hitting if green draw count hits next. 10/1,1 has a higher probability of hitting than 9/2,1 with green draw count color.

9/3,3
RED dominates with 9/3,3. And 9/3,3 does not often hit. It has a low probability of hitting if green draw count hits next.

(3) 10/1,1 has only 2 more draws to hit with GREEN draw count. So if it does hit, it would hit in the next 2 draws.
