The thing i hate about DC right now, is that if you somehow lose, you cant follow it to the next draw because there is none. Unless of course you live in dc.

(1) 8PS Right Digit 1 is so overdue. But think about this. The amount of Digit 2 that hit. Could have caught multiple wins here just with Digit 2

(2) When you employ a strategy that focuses on the 8PS digits, it makes it so easy to reduce the 15 PS down to 4. You then look at the 2 that tend to dominate. It's the 2 with the most numbers. Than you use the filters to reduce the numbers. IF 8PS right digit 2 hits next draw, one of these 4 will win. With 8/2,2 and 9/1,2 dominating. Look above and see how many chances digit 2 hit giving you multiple chances to get the numbers low and hit the winner
