Need refund and cancellation

Hi David,

This email is from May 2023. Never got a response.

I was charged the 9.95 already when I signed up even though I was offered the 30 free trial. My account was opened on May 7, 2023.

Tried again today and the help email and it came back. I was never refunded for the 30 days free and I need to cancel my subscription altogether.

No problem. Your account was open May 10, 2023. There was NO Free 30 Day Trial at that time. It was previously removed.

(1) November 2022 shows the FREE 30 DAY TRIAL button

(2) March 2023 shows NO Free 30 Day Trial.

(3) When you signed up, there was instructions to cancel your account from your Paypal account. We don't have access to your Paypal account. Paypal sends out the payments, we don't bill.

I just tried to cancel on Paypal's website and it brought me to this website.

I would like to attach a screenshot of what I see but it won't allow me to paste it here and I'm not sure of how to do that. Any other suggestions?

It's simple. Look for the SUBSCRIPTION page in your paypal account. Then find the Lottodds subscription.
