This is a classic setup.
PS9 with RED DRAW COUNT is overdue for another hit. You can play for that or try to catch the GREEN DRAW COUNT
GREEN DRAW COUNT is extremely overdue. BUT PS9 CONNOT hit green draw count UNTIL it hits RED DRAW COUNT AGAIN...The benefit of trying to catch the green is that it will hit within 4 draws after the RED. So you have a short hit window. When RED will hit is up in the air. BUT RED is overdue for PS9.
You could wait for PS9 to hit again then play it for 4 draws. Or try to catch PS9 with RED draw count.
THEREFORE, look for PS9 hitting RED DRAW COUNT then within 4 draws after that it hits GREEN DRAW COUNT. IF it does NOT hit green draw count within 4 draws after RED hits again THEN it has an additional 5 draws to hit BROWN DRAW COUNT before it sinks back into the RED zone. BUT because green is so overdue, there is a high probability PS9 will REPEAT within 4 draws after it hits with RED draw count again.
NOTE BROWN DRAW COUNT CANNOT hit at this time UNTIL red draw count hits again and only after 4 draws from the RED hit.
9/1,2 has more numbers but NOT by much so it is a toss up between 9/1,2 and 9/2,1. HOWEVER, HIT+HIT has more numbers. THUS, HIT+HIT is favored to win IF PS9 hits next draw. And now the favor leans toward 9/1,2 being the favorite to win IF PS9 hits next.
