Testing is proving to be a SUCCESS!
(1) Out of 5 draws, all winners fell on GREEN+GREEN,
(2) All 5 winners had DUPLICATE PAIRS,
(3) L1-L4 predicted the next PAIR winner.
I will continue to test. IF all goes well, I will modify PairDrawCount filter to REMOVE many numbers that do NOT have a chance to win next draw. Then release the filter tomorrow.
