SUCCESS! .....We have completed the QP filter. Yes it is truly a beast of a filter. It has taken down the numbers under 5. For example, it produced an average of 6-7 DOUBLE numbers out of 90 DOUBLES for all 36 States for a certain pattern that hits often.
We are currently TESTING and TWEAKING the filter. It will be released this week.
