No you did not cancel one of your subscriptions as you were instructed to do so when you first subscribed. Lottodds does NOT have access to your Paypal account. Thus, you must cancel your authorization you approved in your paypal account under subscriptions. You have been around since 2018 so I am assuming you have more knowledge of this process than a new member and we have not changed it.
Only the PREDICTION page subscription was cancelled. You did not cancel your other authorization for the AUTO-PREDICT page in your Paypal account.
There is No CANCELLATION for the Auto-Predict page
It also appears you only used the OFF button on the subscription page today,June 30, 2024, which PAUSES the subscription but AFTER you were charged.
If we refund you when you failed to cancel the Auto-Predict subscription, it could create a precedence that could cause a MAJOR problem with our other members requesting refunds based on a claim they cancelled their subscription when they did not as instructed. And allow other members to use our service for free knowing they can get a refund by making false claims.
THEREFORE, based on the above, we are NOT able to issue you a refund.
In the alternative, you can file a claim with Paypal and we will respond.
