Can someone break down a strategy on how to use the sum alerts?

For example, if a SUM hits in the teens back to back, it can indicate that a SUM between 0-9 will hit next. In Turn, that can indicate which 12Sums and 123Pairsum could hit next to drastically reduce the numbers.
