I have gone on paypal and on Lottodds to stop take the $9,95. They are still take out. I have been paying the $24.00 and the $9.95 from the beinning can you help?

Yes both account is validated,I have gone on paypal and on Lottodds to stop taking the $9,95. for the past 6 months I have been paying both and can not get a refund so I need your help to stop the $9.95.
Paypal has not reported any issues with their cancelation of authorization. You need to go into your payment authorization and click on the link for the authorization and cancel your authorization.
