Mr. David is master in both pick 3 and pick 4, Mr. Payton is doing wonderfully well in with pick 3 and Mr. Darrell is tremendously with pick 4.
So why do we have to set up different clubs, For this to be a win win situation and for it to be a powerful Force, its better the Pick 3 and Pick 4 be done together with Mr. David as the Head and controller/Adviser/Supervisor of it all. Just a suggestion.
