PS8/9 hit almost every day for States like GA and can hit multiple times per day. And they mostly hit with SINGLE numbers. No brainer those are the PS to stick with.

By using the DRAW COUNT filter with other filters, you can bring the numbers for each of those PS down drastically that will allow you to play many draws for each pattern to catch the winner.
EXAMPLE
Just 1-3 filters allowed me to take the numbers down greatly. The strategy is you continue to play the SAME PATTERN for each draw. And since PS8/9 hit almost every day and multiple times per day, you won't have to wait long for multiple wins.

And for those who also have the prediction subscription can COPY and PASTE the numbers from AUTO-PREDICT to the PREDICTION page to further reduce with different filters. But as you can see the AUTO-PREDICT filters can bring the numbers down
CONCLUSION
There is NO question. The BEST strategy is to employ PS8/9, use the DRAW COUNT filter to reduce the numbers then utilize 1-3 other filters to reduce the numbers more. IF you loss the next draw, no problem because you are playing with few numbers, you can play again.
In the above example, there are only 17 Numbers that cover 5 PAIRSUMS that hit the most. This gives you 8 draws to catch the winner (Almost 3 Days Play in GA) and still profit at a cost of $0.25number and $37.50prize (Single Numbers). BUT with so many PS8/9 hitting almost every day, you will most likely hit multiple winners in 8 draws.
