FILTERS
(1) Play the Red/Black numbers for a BOX game
(2) Remove all doubles/Triples
(3) Remove 3 consecutive numbers
(4) Play AFTER a State had 2 prior winners with DOUBLES (Don't play after Triples). Watch out for the Midwest States, they tend to produce many doubles back to back. Play major States (e.g. NJ,NY,CA,TX,TN,FL,IL, etc)
(5) After you learn more, use additional filters to remove more numbers WITHOUT removing the winner.
