ms5smith I saw Va Pick 3 go over 20 drawings without producing a Double...It says a lot because its Maxed Out...You've spotted another Bias...see how long it takes for the opposite to occur. It can occur in the very next drawing, but since Doubles payout is the highest, sometimes you have to understand why they stay away from those doubles combinations.
