visualintakenyc I don't think anyone knows what in and out means. I at least haven't seen an explanation on it. It's just another way to narrow down numbers drastically.

It's just a set of numbers that tribe just showed you they are positional if you think the first position will have a "In" number then only play the In numbers in the position same for the other posistions
