PA ... 1.1 pattern hit ... after the two patterns with a 3 hit ... we know 1.1 1.2 2.1 will hit ... and if you also notice there had not been a double pattern (1.1,2.2.3.3) for 6 drawings... and most states dont go past 5 or 6 ... so the 1.1 would have been one to really hammer
