Doubles notifications not being sent

After Davids recent video about following doubles, i created a notification for doubles, but it doesnt notify me. I still get 'No Hit Alert' but not the other ones i selected.

tracy Yes i did check that but i am getting the other no hit alert notifications but not the doubles. Are they all on the same email or are they separate ?

They are all on the same email. You need to turn that feature on and click "save". You can also click "send test" email.

Oh ok i didnt see the button at the bottom. I just clicked ' save changes' but you were supposed to also click the one at the bottom. So hopefully i will get them in a few hours. Or i can wait til tmrw morning. Thx

no its still doing the same thing- no double alerts. I repeated it 3 times and got 3 emails all saying the same 'No HIt Alert' but no doubles or anything else.

The doubles alert are working from this side. Im getting the emails...We'll look into it

bmehmet Just a follow up. Everything is still the same. Just getting no hit alerts and nothing else. I will check again on Monday. Thx

We are getting them and they are going out. Not sure what's going on from your side. Make sure you entered the correct email address. Double check spam folder

I remember we had the same issues years ago. Its not on my end otherwise i wouldnt be getting just one alert. I wouldnt be getting any. My spam folder is empty. I mean i can live without it. I just have to do the research myself. thx anyway David. Concentrate on your coding,. I dont want to distract you.

Ok i think i figured it out. You have to enable every single notification you want for every state. I only had no hit enabled. Is there an easier way to enable ALL the states for ALL 3 categories in one shot ? No hit -consecutive- and doubles ? That would seem like a nice time saver.
