since there are so many states to choose from , i think the best way to utilize his numbers is to pick just a couple states of his to play, and if you miss you'll probably hit that state the next drawing... if you played all the states every drawing , its like 50/50 ... but some of lists are very short which takes a lot of skill or a good software .. i
