So based on PICK3P8N's key strategy ... from what i gather if 3 of the numbers from what of the sets hit , then we are looking for the missing digit from that set ... So i looked thru the results of todays winning numbers and there were 3 states that qualified for the key strategy ... I'm just gonna post my picks for those keys in those states
