Hello I am new the program is not responding says due to long running script. what the heck is this a scam site I have paid cant seem to get any help in what is wrong am I activated ? it seems there is no way to have this site respond to issues every turn it is a dead end so far.
I would like some help you should add a help line for us to communicate more issues, many of us are trying to learn your program. please give us some help why it is not responding and if this will be resolved before I pay another month. is any one else having issues that the program is not responding.

Do a search on google it will tell you the problem , may be an easy fix

      Becareful, your false accusation is considered DEFAMATION. There is NO scam here. It's either your Internet connection, your computer or browser. Try another browser and check your internet speed. The program works fast for us here.

          since people pay you money and there is a problem your going to be asked for help. you have a obligation to let us know what browser you recommend its hard to believe on 2 computers I have this same issues. could you give me more detail information so I don't waste my time as to exactly how to fix this. maybe do a video this would help anyone else in the future. No other programs have ever had this come up I feel its is something on your end. That is not being carefully thought out like a browser or windows 10 so I hope you will provide more info as to how to fix this. As a customer there must be a reason for this to happen your people wrote the program and now you sell it monthly. I would say more issue will arise as you add more content. I will check back for how to fix this exactly.

          I am not sure how to fix your problem without having access to your computer and network. We are not having that same problem on our side. Try updating your computer software and check your network speed. And use Safari browser.

          Is anyone else having the same problem as Vickie?

            I dont have issues and in between this move, I don’t have internet access now and I can use my phone ....it’s definitely not a scam site. try using your phone also. I find it easier to use than the PC

              how would I find safari and why would this make a difference is your program old from a older windows.

              or not windows based at all that maybe causing some issues.

                Because the codes in different browsers may not be recognized. You can also use Firefox
