My email alerts all of sudden stop working I tried to manually send them and I still haven't received them please help, p.s. I checked all folders including spam and trash

I swapped to another email account and the emails are coming through, can you tell me if you got any bounce backs from my old email account which is howardjeremy@outlook.com
Dont see any. Its got to be outlook
