NO outside system will be allowed to be promoted here. misslousaints was NOT promoting a STRATEGY. She was promoting a different "COMPETING" CHART SYSTEM not related to lottodds nor could it be used as a strategy with lottodds and which can confuse other members and distract them from lottodds' methodology. Strategies involving lottodds is permitted and directing members to outside websites that can be used in collaboration with lottodds is permitted. Promoting a different competing system as misslousaints was doing is NOT allowed. No company would be foolish enough to allow the promotion of a "COMPETING" system on their dime.
Let me give you a simple example so everyone can understand because it seems you are mixing "strategy" with "system". The company Sprite soda would NOT allow Pepsi to promote their soda on their website (system). However, Sprite may allow someone to promote a RECIPE for sprite on their website (Strategy).
