for the NY OH MO trifecta - you can stop playing a state after it hits, then play the remaining until each state gives you a hit ...
now for NC KY FL .... for that one , play all 3 states until you have a total of 5 hits ... then stop play
since this is only 20 numbers ... you can easily cut the list in half by doing a little reduction .....
