Lowest Winning Digits - No Hit Alert

I see that CA has a 30-day No Hit Alert for Chart 9. What to do with that? I understand a No Hit Alert for Straight plays, but not box plays.

Any help is appreciated!

Becareful when you see 9 in the LOWEST WINNING section. It means the only number that can win is 999. However, it could take months for 999 to win. BUT if you see 9 in BOTH the lowest winning section and in the STRAIGHT section, it means Chart 9 is due for a win. In other words, 9 is over due to lead in the first digit position. For example, 932
