bmehmet david if you can turn all pairs in both pick 3 & 4 at once in case we need like one pair goes all around , front,midle, back,split ftont, split midle and split back , when you look at pick 4 whenever number o show up always second number out that combination shows with it.example 4026 then you see after 2 or 3 draws pair 04 or20 or 06 showing up plz ty.
