We are going to create a PREDICTOR FORUM starting next week. This will protect members who send money to other members for lists/predictions.

Members will send their payment to Lottodds for the Predictor. The predictor will promise the member a certain amount of predictions and wins per week. If the predictor does not meet his weekly promise of predictions or wins, the member gets their money back or they can use it for the next week and not have to pay for another week.

Once the predictor meets their weekly obligations, the funds are released to them at the end of the week.

THIS WILL PROTECT MEMBERS FROM FRAUD AND BAR PREDICTORS WHO FAIL TO MEET THEIR OBLIGATIONS TO THE MEMBERS WHO PAY FOR THE SERVICE

Lets see how you do today and if any Pick4 straight hits. I am already looking at ADVANCED forum software to use for the PREDICTOR accounts. I want all the bells and whistles in it. For example, live streaming, live chat, payment feature, Admin control for each predictor, customizable, etc. Only members of each predictor will be able to access the predictor's forum. Predictors can then post their numbers in that forum without non-members accessing it. Members will be protected by Lottodds so they are not defrauded. In other words, predictors will MAKE OFFERS to members pertaining to how many predictions they will make each week and how many wins they will GUARANTEE or the member gets their money back or can use it for another week of predictions. Lottodds will then forward the members' fees to the predictors EACH WEEK once the predictor meets its obligation to the member per the predictor's offer the member paid for.

IT'S A CONTRACT BETWEEN PREDICTOR AND MEMBER ADMINISTERED AND PROTECTED BY LOTTODDS.

And there is another benefit. Members who have no money will be able to still use their skills in choosing lottery numbers to earn a weekly income. There will be a rating system. THINK ABOUT it, even a HOMELESS person sitting at a computer in a public library could start earning thousands per week from member fees if they study the patterns hard and choose winners.

The more predictions+wins a predictor offers a member GUARANTEED or their money back will determine how HIGH the predictor can charge per week...For example, If a Predictor OFFERS one PICK4 Straight win for the week, he should be able to charge $50-$200,etc FOR THAT WEEK PER MEMBER. BUT that would also require a LIMITED amount of numbers to play (e.g. $5 per day). THUS, 20 numbers per day for 7 days to hit 1 GUARANTEED Pick4 Straight or Lottodds REFUNDS your money. If it hits, Lottodds forwards your funds to the predictor as s/he met their contractual obligations.

Think about it....It is only right and fair that PREDICTORS provide numbers that win IF another member is paying them. No one would pay for predictions that NEVER win. THUS, it is upto the PREDICTOR on how many wins s/he will GUARANTEE for the week. AND it is the AMOUNT of this GUARANTEE that will enable the PREDICTOR to collect thousands per week in fees or REFUND the members' funds. BUT every PREDICTOR must GUARANTEE at least one win. But if they guarantee only one win THEN they will not be able to charge members a high weekly fee.

Will the Predictions be State specific - anyone can give a list of 50 number and all states all numbers- - throw spaghetti on a wall something will stick but be very costly to play?

Lottodds membership is only $9.95 per month.

And if you don’t get the win, your $35 is refunded. And you choose a predictor or not..... I don’t see where the problem is...Does anybody?

There will be Healthy competition between PREDICTORS. Predictors would put out OFFERS with their fee and you can decide whether or not to ACCEPT their offer. If the Predictor does not fulfill their obligations under their offer, your money is refunded. You pay the fees directly to Lottodds paypal account. The funds wont be released to the predictor until s/he has met their obligations in their offer. If not, the money is refunded to you or you can use it for another week of predictions.

BOTTOM LINE IT WILL BE A MARKET PLACE OF PREDICTORS LISTING THEIR OFFERS. YOU DECIDE WHICH OFFER TO ACCEPT

Some of these guys play 10-20 states or more at a time, what if we can only play 1-2 and that is one of the states that do not hit, but the others we didnt choose did, do we still get our fee back?

Good question. First, you would not choose a predictor who plays in so many states beyond a person’s budget. You would choose a predictor who gave you the best offer thats within your budget too.

This is where the competition comes in. Predictors will compete with each other to attract the most members. THUS, they must offer the best deals. For example, play ONE state 3 draws 20 numbers per draw, etc.

There is also the other IDEA of creating an eBay type of PREDICTOR MARKETPLACE where you can buy digital downloads of the daily predictions. And predictors can offer a GUARANTEE if they want. Lottodds will secure the funds until after the drawing.

There is another IDEA. Create a PREDICTOR MARKETPLACE where they can sell their digital products/predictions by the day. It would look similar to eBay and each predictor would upload their daily predictions whenever they decide to make them. A member can then purchase that prediction.

Predictors can still give GUARANTEES on their predictions. So there will still be competition.

Wow! I feel you. Ok no problem. Let us first figure out what PREDICTOR SYSTEM we will implement and I will make a video explaining it.

At this time, we are looking at an off the self customizable software to add to Lottodds that will create an EBAY type marketplace BUT for DIGITAL PRODUCTS. In other Words, PREDICTORS upload OFFERS with GUARANTEES of at least ONE win. A member ACCEPTS the best offer. If the numbers win then the PREDICTOR gets the money, if not THEN the money is refunded to the member.
