I reduce by eve/ odd, then H/L.
I am wondering, does it matter that I am using draws from Ontario and Quebec, Canada chnage the fact that all the available states history or platforms are not the same? I really do not have the same opportunity due to this
fact, I am not able to pin it down yet, lots of 2 same digits /pairs boxoed in these 2 provinces lately.
