Yes Queen... I'm a rookie on lotto odds - trying to figure things out. I went on a streak where I was winning really good on the site. I was cashing out in bitcoin because I had some tickets come up missing and I didn't want them to steal my money. I load my account with a credit card and since I was doing well, I thought I could reload small amounts and win.. I reached my max for reloads on the credit cards, not knowing that they have have a "rolling 30 day calendar" - cant reload anymore using credit card. I reloaded with bitcoin but it pisses me off that I have to wait for it to be credited to my account, and they are telling me how to load my account. - additionally, they've stolen some of my tickets and recently, they have been "taking down" my tickets without crediting my account right away or putting the ticket in the "won" section, making it appear that I didn't win - but then the money will show up in my account an hour later. Another time, I won big and they posted an incorrect winning number, put my tickets in the lost section, and stated I didn't win. When I called about the issue, they gave me the runaround and took forever to post my win, put the money up, or state that I was correct in the matter. I just don't trust them and I don't like that I can't load the way I want.
