FINALLY!!!....We are going to UPLOAD the Pick4 lotto pool to Lottodds. We still have to test the Pick4 betslip at the local retailer which is the last step. The betslips allows us to buy actual lottery tickets at local lottery retailers. And it will allow us to create lottery merchant accounts where we will ASSIGN betslips to the merchants by geographical location.

And when additional filters are applied, you can be looking at under 100 numbers.
