I have cancelled recurring payment, but still do not see YES/NO button. I do not have full access to the platform.

Something is not right. I have tried 3 different browsers and 4 different devices (including one at a friend's house) and the YES/NO button does not appear. An automatic payment was posted on March 24th and I have since canceled recurring payment (quadrupled checked).
