Account Activation Recurring Issue

I canceled recurring payments and started new activation a month ago. One month later an automatic payment was made via Paypal, but my access to the full site was restricted due to account activation. I am confused. I have followed the instructions you gave to me and others on here so that it does not happen each month, but it continues to do so. Transaction ID: 6RK4660851266630H
Automatic payment was made on July 11.

You used the subscription page to reactivate your account and it still deactivated you? I will check into this

Hope all is well. I still do not have access in spite of being automatically charged via Paypal (transaction id listed in above post). I wanted to post an image of the subscription screen so that you can see for yourself that the yes/no button does not appear. I have tried multiple browsers, desktop computer, phone, etc and it does not appear for some odd reason.

Did you cancel the recurring payments on payment and then reactivate using the subscription page? If not, it will cancel you each month.
