Double charge subscription

Hi I was charge twice for subscription. I sent email 2 days ago to Help@lottodds.com.
1st time charge on 8/23/2022 pay pal transaction ID 12A19060DM706712P for $9.95
2nd time charge on 8/27/2022 pay pal transaction ID 8UR52254UT1115036 for $9.95

You had 2 subscriptions. I-96APL6MKK28R was CANCELED. I-96APL6MKK28R is the only one that is ACTIVE now. I refunded the August 23rd $9.95 charge.
