Is there any way I can just pay for a year subscription so that I do not have to deal with this issue on a monthly basis?
I have been dealing with this every month where an automatic payment is made, but subscription still cancels. I have already tried canceling and starting a new subscription the last time as you instructed and still ran into the same issue. Your response and help with this matter is greatly appreciated!
