Yes 0 is overdue. Did a little pattern breakdown. Lets see what comes out.
(1) Isolating LWD 0 discloses 1st digit under 8PS has the 1 digit overdue. And PS8 hit back to back 4 times. High probability next LWD 0 winner will not be PS8
(2) Removing PS8 and flipping 1st digit under 8PS to 1 digit discloses back to back PS10 hits.
(3) Removing PS10 (Tricky here PS10 could repeat). Remaining patterns are PS9+8PS1,2 and PS11+8PS1,3
(4) Since PS11 recently hit and is not a dominant pattern, removing it leaves PS9+8PS1,2
(5) Remaining numbers are 014,023,033,034.
(6) IF PS10+8PS1,1 repeats then we have the following numbers: 028,029,038,046,047,048,049
(7) IF PS11+8PS1,3 were to hit, we would have the following 2 numbers: 024,044
