That's correct. Because Level 3 simply separates the numbers by ODD/EVEN and each of their 3 PAST WINNERS. Thus, many of the Level 3 numbers will be repeats of Level 2 numbers. HOWEVER, when you copy ALL the PAIRSUMS, Level 3 tends to have more numbers than level 2.
