It is simply the ORDER in which the FRONT/BACK/SPLIT pairs are matched to the numbers.
For example, by default, the program looks at the PAIRS from low to high and matches them with the numbers starting with FRONT pair then BACK pair then SPLIT pair. See snapshot below:
The benefit of this setup is that it allows you to REDUCE numbers by either removing FBS or FSB. For example, if FSB dominates in a state and FBS just hit, high probability FSB will be the next in line to hit. THUS, you remove all FBS numbers by using the F/B/S filter.
