Focusing on TX

Im testing the new Lotto pool strategy and it's working great. For example, PS10/1,1 has 24 numbers by default. HOWEVER, this new strategy had only 9 numbers and the winner 038 was one of the 9 numbers.

What i did is a research of all the states that are due for the PS.. and those are the states that are next to hit.
Unless we focus on the digits that hit that PS and know what is the next number to come when its due..
