(2) a member registers and we verify their location (via i.p) address, age 18 via ID upload as required by the lottery agency and block proxies,
(3) when a member clicks on the lotto pools link, they don’t have to pay the $9.95 per month. The $9.95 is only for the other services lottodds offers like the prediction page. THUS, if a member does NOT want to use the other services besides the lotto pools, they pay nothing, it's FREE.
(4) we need to scan and upload the tickets to the site for member verification. They click a link and see the actual lottery tickets
(5) Lottery tickets will be purchased from a retailer on a monthly basis. Thus, the min investment is $16 per month which goes only to purchase the tickets.

Winnings are divided by the numbers purchased. For example, we sell 10,000 numbers which will be the max in a lotto pool, the current Megamillions $850,000,000 prize will give each number a value of $85,000. THUS, if you buy 2 numbers for the month $32, your share would be $170,000. If you buy 10 numbers $160 for the month, your share is $850,000, etc.

Now, IF less numbers are sold, you get more money. For example, if only 5,000 numbers are sold and won the $850,000,000 prize, each number will be valued at $170,000. Thus, 10 numbers would be $1.7M payout to you.

This would be a temporary solution for the non-listed states above until we can add those States. And we will add them in the near future. The problem is that we need to be physically present in the state when purchasing the tickets. So far, we are able to cover 13 States.

We have something better for members outside of America. We will add FOREIGN lotto pools. The great thing is Foreign lottery regulations are NOT so complicated as U.S lotteries. For example, America has multiple States and different rules in each. While Countries have one lottery running throughout the entire country. THEREFORE, they don't have restrictions on who can buy a lottery ticket like in American states.

Hi David thanks for the response, Where i live in the Caribbean don't have their own lottery games. I live on a small Island called (Tortola BVI), however, we play all the U.S games and Puerto Rico, Santa Domingo, Anguilla please see link(https://www.conectate.com.do/loterias/) so all the pick 3 and pick for games are played. Also, in the pick 3 they also use the second and third number for example; if 127 play and i has 2&7 in that correct order for a $1 we would $56.00 but it must come in that exact order.
