Your payment was sent to the wrong Lottodds email again (Help@Lottodds.com). You need to use the subscription page to activate your account and send the payment to the correct email or the program will not know which account to credit and your account will be suspended every month.
As for the subscription button, you need to give it time to appear after expiration date. It should be there now.
